INSPIRE aims to help Youth in various perspectives. (Community, Youth Development & Young Entrepreneurship) Young people represent the future of a community’s economic and social fabric. Giving children the support and resources they need to become well-rounded and successful adults benefits the entire community. Our strategies focus on giving young people the chance to form relationships with caring adults, build skills, exercise leadership, and help their communities. Youth Development is both a philosophy and an approach to policies and programs that serve young people. The underlying philosophy of youth development is holistic, preventative and positive, focusing on the development of assets and competencies in all young people.

Community

INSPIRE aims to encourage youth to organize, participate and initiate community projects to the needed society. By helping the community is the single easiest thing that can make a difference and have a momentous impact to the society and to youth as well. Social Responsibility should be educate and encourage to youth in the early age stage.  Students get to choose their own community they would like to help and they will be given the opportunity to design program, workshop or project that can direct give a great impact to the community with an entrepreneurial solution. And we always believe on a saying which is “Give them a fish, they can eat for a day ; Teach them to fish, they can eat for a lifetime”

Youth Development

For Youth Development, the platform objective is to share and educate real business experience to the university students. This is a very good platform where students are able to have a preview experience before they entering the real corporate world. Through the program we will share knowledge and experience from various industries. Skills and knowledge can be developed by engaging youth to reach out to the real time working experience and organizing community projects. Teamwork, leadership, critical thinking and communication skills nowadays give a great impart for youth in their future career undertaking.
